Had a room for a Christmas party. They booked us all together so we could have an after party without disturbing anyone. We inevitably had a couple from the group lock themselves out but staff handled it like champions. Their breakfast is basic but good. Bagles, toast, an assortment of spreads, yogurt coffee, tea, juice, and cereal.
Quaint motel with a great restaurant attached! Great view and a variety of room options! I would definitely go back. Moderate price.
Room was clean and well-stocked; staff was very friendly. Location was right next to a large grocery store and several fast food restaurants, while still walkable (~1 mile) from local seafood restaurants. We asked for plastic utensils and plates, and the inn gave us actual silverware and plates. Breakfast was somewhat meager, but included multiple varieties of yogurt, bread/bagels, and cereal and dining room was very pleasant. Other guests were friendly and waved us off as we left in the morning (we were on a bike trip). Total price came out to just over $100 for summer season in Nova Scotia… overall fantastic experience.
Booking company is in Utah USA. So there’s that. Frustrating and unnecessary, front desk staff at check in had zero info on our stay. This an internal issue and should be dealt with quickly so one else gets called and bugged about their pets being there. Manager was pretty condescending and had no remorse for being rude. Great location though.
Rooms are standard but comfortable. The staff is friends, helpful and the free breakfast is a bonus. Super easy access on the main road into the village of Digby.
The location is great. The rooms very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I like a softer mattress. There's no iron or ironing board but maybe available on request? I didn't check. Breakfast is continental, toast,yogurt etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful, made a great recommendation to eat at The Wharf. It's not a five star motel, but I would definitely recommend and stay again. It's great value for the price.
